When we began trying to decide where we wanted to retire, our list of “must-haves” included a reasonably warm year-round climate, easy access to shopping and health-care, golfing amenities, close airport proximity and a laid-back friendly neighborhood. We also hoped to purchase a home with only a small amount of yard maintenance and close to the ocean. After visiting several communities on the East Coast, the Market Common in Myrtle Beach was the ONLY choice offering all these options! Thank you Dock Street for leading us to our Forever Home!
